We don’t upsell furniture purchased for the property and will give full transparency on pricing. (That’s why we charge a price per square foot). Every room, finish, and furnishing is selected with ROI in mind. From there, our team takes over: sourcing and ordering every piece, coordinating vendors and contractors, and managing the entire install week on-site. We handle the styling and wrap with a professional photoshoot so your listing is ready to launch. We do everything so you don’t have to. You give us the keys, and we return them with a property that makes guests click “book now” faster than ever.

For multifamily projects, we start with comps and market data to shape your design direction and create a curated mood/inspo board. If you’re not ready for a full build-out yet, we also offer standalone mood boards at $500 each to establish the creative direction before committing to the full design phase.

We develop the full design plan, scaled to your property. You’ll have one round of revisions to fine-tune it before moving forward.
